PrehKeyTec GIK-2700-WHITE Desktop Keyboard

The PrehKeyTec GIK-2700-WHITE is the white version of the GIK-2700, an alphanumeric keyboard with a flat glass surface and built-in glide pad. Instead of moving keys, capacitive sensors pick up each touch, so operators can work in thin gloves and the surface stays easy to keep clean.

The glass shrugs off acid, hand perspiration, dust and fluids. A cleaning mode switches the keys off while you wipe it down, and the acoustic feedback has four adjustable levels.

Key features

• 88-key alphanumeric layout on an 18 mm grid
• Capacitive glass keys, usable with thin gloves
• Built-in glide pad (touchpad)
• IP66 sealing for water, dust and fluid resistance
• Key deactivation for cleaning, plus adjustable acoustic feedback
• USB connection on a single cable of around 1.6 to 2 m
• Operates from -40 to +70°C
• Compact 387 x 140 x 27 mm footprint

Where it is used

Suited to industrial and manufacturing environments and retail point of sale, as well as clean rooms, hospitals and surgeries where a wipeable surface matters.
